ConcertAI is seeking a Training and Enablement lead for its Clinical Trial Optimization (CTO) technology. The role will be responsible for training, adoption, and utilization of CTO across pharmaceutical and clinical research organizations (CRO). The candidate will design and deliver a training curriculum for the technology. The candidate will develop, maintain, and store training materials in a knowledge base for all stakeholders. The candidate will track their training and enablement impact using Salesforce and/or Jira Service Management systems. The candidate will work closely with internal product teams to gather customer feedback and communicate it to internal stakeholders.
