Role Summary

This role is an important member of the client service team. The Project Manager is responsible for creating project timelines and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders. The PM plays a key role in customer satisfaction and ensuring project are delivered according to the client’s needs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and maintain agreed upon project Scope, assumptions, timelines and risks.
  • Create Projects and Billing Rules in Open Air and complete project close-out reports when projects are completed for new implementations and Change orders.
  • Facilitate new demand estimates
  • Responsible for leading and creating internal/external client status meetings and communicate project status via the standard PMO Project Status template.
  • Owns and tracks internal User Acceptance and Client End to End testing.
  • Coordinate cross-team deployment plans.
  • Own the creation of OpenAir projects codes for budget and resource tracking.
  • Responsible for risk management and contingency planning, including timely communication of project risks to internal and external stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Facilitate and manage new data vendor onboarding including setting up kick-off meetings.
  • Participate in process improvements for implementation and estimation process efficiency. The Project Manager will adhere to all process improvement initiatives to remain consistent with company policy.
  • Track and coordinate the efforts with ConcertAI compliance team.

 

Requirements

  • BA/BS undergraduate degree from a credited university.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Project Management.
  • Jira experience a must.
  • Experience managing multiple external clients simultaneously.
  • Experience in excellent coordination and touchpoint amongst cross-team functions and dependencies is critical to the success in this role.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills including negotiation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings and give presentations.
  • Experience with project management methodology, tools, templates (includes Smartsheet, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Some IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle.
  • Strong team working skills across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams highly desirable.
  • Pharmaceutical industry knowledge highly desirable.
