Role Summary

A Desktop Support engineer drives customer satisfaction within the business through efficient, proactive, and professional handling of incidents and service requests. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing enterprise SaaS applications within the boundaries of their role, while following all policy and change management guidelines. They track progress and drive execution.

 

They should be innovative and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is necessary. This candidate must also strive to solve problems at their root.

 

Priorities shift quickly in this fast-paced IT operational environment. You must be flexible and adapt well to a wide range of priorities, tasks, and technologies.

 

The position is remote but should be within driving distance of Acton MA to facilitate onsite support.
