Responsibilities
- Collaborate with existing design, event, and communications staff to build and enhance TeraRecon’s brand and market position.
- Partner with Commercial leadership to design and execute aggressive lead generation results
- Collaborate with sales/product marketing stakeholders to identify new avenues of differentiation for TeraRecon solutions and work to position into the industry.
- Develop messaging for new products / solutions; own the marketing portion of the product launch process from inception through execution including positioning, messaging and content development
- Develop and deliver sales tools (first call decks, playbooks, demos, etc.) and demand generation programs and campaigns
- Work closely with sales teams, learning from customers and prospects, translating feedback into compelling sales and marketing tools and programs
- Manage and seek out thought leadership relationships to leverage in outreach efforts, strategy development, and content for messaging and campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to analyze consumer research, customer research, market trends, current market conditions and competitor information to unlock new insights that will drive competitive advantage
- Ensure timely and effective communications with our channel distribution partners and deliver strategies that provide relevant messaging to that channel of distribution
- Define brand standards for implementation by the sales organization
- Understand and practice all requirements of EN ISO 13485, ISO 13485, TeraRecon BMS Manual, Process Flows and Work Instructions.
- Comply with applicable regulatory requirements (including but not limited to MDSAP participating countries and CE Marking).
- Participate in Internal and External audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in diagnostic imaging/ Radiology, Cardiology, Hospital enterprise
- Proven leadership oversight of all marketing activities and teams.
- Previous global marketing experience an asset.
- Knowledge and practical experience with digital marketing tools, business systems and related software including Hubspot and Salesforce.com. Experience with Asana, Plannuh would be a bonus.
- Experience running and mentoring sales/marketing teams on advanced demand generation strategies, including MQL>SQL conversion and account based marketing.
- Leverage market data, industry insights and company objectives to build and execute a multi-touch marketing plan that would include digital marketing/ industry events, PR and content creation.
- Ability to negotiate and compromise, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership
- Ability to effective leverage and drive shared resources
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including global partners
- The ability to travel 20-30%
