Concert Architectural Interiors account manager works with the client to accurately determine products and service solutions that best meet the project requirements.

PROJECT COORDINATION


The level of success will be determined by how well the project is coordinated. CAI offers a high level of experience to this component of the project. The CAI project manager works closely with the client, account manager, order entry, installation and other vendors on the project that relate to our part to ensure a smooth project delivery to the client. During the project, the project manager:

Reviews the space plan and specifications to determine accuracy.

Coordinates with customer service to stay informed of the order process.

Field verifies the building dimensions to correspond with the space plans. With new construction, we enter the orders and field verify as soon as possible to make certain everything will fit correctly. If we discover challenges, the project manager communicates with the customer and we will do everything possible to change the order to meet the changes.

Meets with the contractor during this stage to verify electric locations in the ceiling, floors and walls to meet furniture requirements.

Coordinates with the contractor and other vendors, i.e. floor covering and data communications, critical to the success of the installation.

Is the interface between the CAI designer, account manager, installer and the client.

Attends the project construction meetings.

Addresses items needing resolution during installation for completion.
