ASSET MANAGEMENT

CAI offers an asset management system to inventory, database manager, bar coding, warehousing and reporting to assist the client in having an up to date inventory of all furniture and other capital items and to know the value and location of the assets.

BUY BACK PROGRAM

Should clients desire to release some or all of their existing furniture, CAI will negotiate on the client's behalf with several sources to assist the client in receiving the best price for their existing product. We then will tear down and remove the product, make ready for shipping or delivery and coordinate with the buy back company to guarantee a smooth transition of the product.

FINANCIAL PROGRAM

CAI has several financing options available to our clients. We offer both leasing and start-up funding programs through several financial sources. We will work closely with the client, the finance institution and the manufacturer to secure financing to assist in the project funding.
