A great first step for planning your weapons storage solution is knowing what you have now and what you might need in the future. Flexibility is extremely important if you are uncertain about your inventory of future and incoming weapons. Consider a solution with high visibility and flexibility for storage conversion between different types of weapons. Here is a great example:

2: Assess Your Available Weapons Storage Space

Considering that most armories are quite limited on space, it is imperative to know your options that will help maximize every inch of your area. 

Options to win every inch of the battle for space: 

- Fully Retractable Doors :: allow for smaller or no aisles and a more open room to store your weapons. 

- Mobile Carriages :: condenses down 50% of storage space and completely eliminates need for aisles. Also provides layer of security. 

- Two Tiered Racks :: stacking racks optimizes vertical space if available if you need an extra pinch of storage.
